We have created a payment plan to make the payment process as easy as possible. Personal checks, bank checks, money orders, cash, and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Below is a list of mandatory payments and their due dates. *These payments require a bank check, cash or credit card only
– $1500 is due upon booking with a signed agreement
– $1500 is due twelve months prior to your wedding date*
– $1500 is due nine months prior to your wedding date*
– $1500 is due six months prior to your wedding date*
– $1500 is due three months prior to your wedding date*
– Final balance is due ten (10) days prior to your wedding date *
Administration Fee and Sales Tax
A 18% administration fee and a 6.25% MA meals and sales tax will be applied.
Some services and/or vendors not utilized that are included in your package may be eligible for package credits. These credits will be applied towards upgrades.
We Guarantee that our package prices will not change between the date of your signed contract and your wedding date.
Food and Beverages
All food and beverages must be supplied by The Crystal Room only. Wedding Cake is the only exception.
To ensure that we prepare for the right amount of guests, the final count needs to be confirmed fourteen (14) days prior to the wedding. This count is final and cannot be changed.
Hall Rental Times
Our wedding packages include 5 hours of exclusive use of the grounds and function hall. The times are to be determined three months prior to your wedding date. Saturday afternoon receptions are from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Saturday evening receptions are from 7:00 pm – 12:00 am. Sundays on holiday weekends will be treated as a Saturday.
You may provide your own decorations and flowers. Please, no glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, or gum to be used within our grounds, as table decorations, or as favors. Bubbles are permitted outside only. Please check with your coordinator.
All uplighting must be provided only by the The Crystal Room.
