Couples can view a sample payment plan on our website with payments due on the date of the agreement and other payments due twelve, nine, six, and three months prior to the wedding with final payment due ten days before the wedding date.

The cost for your South Coast wedding reception is based on the number of guests that you want to invite. So one way to lower costs is to reduce the number of invitations that you send out to family and friends. Some couples choose to have an adults-only event, eliminating children, however at The Crystal Room we offer meals for children 12 and under at 50 percent off the package price for in-house catering services.
